1. PLACE
1.1 Advertising space
The advertising space sold to a client is identified on the following URL address:
http://www.casinosstars.com/advertising.html
under the title "Places and Prices". There will be no change of the place without the preliminary agreement between
the Advertising department of Casinos Stars and the client.
1.2 Update
A maximum update for a period of 30 days, including banners and\or advertising text.
2. MATERIAL
The promotional material according to the technical specifications (size, extention, weight, length of text) must be received at least one week before the starting up of the advertising campaign.
The advertising images will be stored in the server of Casinos Stars.
3. PRICE LISTS
3.1 Applicable Price lists
The applicable price lists are available in the boards of price lists on the following URL address:
http://www.casinosstars.com/advertising.html.
They remain unchangeable during the duration of the advertising agreement.
3.2 REDUCTIONS
The reductions apply only in the following cases :
Purchase from 3 to 5 advertising spaces for a duration of 1 year : 10% of reduction;
Purchase from 6 to 9 advertising spaces for a duration of 6 months : 10% of reduction;
Purchase of 10 advertising spaces or more for a duration of 1 year : 12% of reduction.
4. PAYMENT
The total sum for an advertising must be paid in 1 payment which must be collected before the starting up of the advertising campaign.
The payment has to be made by PayPal; by Bank Wire Transfer; by Certified Check; or by Bank Draft.
5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
The client makes a commitment in : do not sell or transfer his advertising space; do not diffuse slanderous messages towards third party;
do not change his link during all the duration of the agreement; add of redirection or no more than 1 Popup.
6. CANCELLING
The advertising department of Casinos Stars reserves the right to suspend or to remove any advertising which does not respect the conditions
of the agreement, as well as the standards and the regulations relative to the advertising, without any compensation, nor repayment to the client.
7. RENEWAL
The renewal of the advertising campaign will have to be made at least one month before the end of the current advertising campaign.
The conditions and the Price lists can change for the new agreement. The client will be informed before the renewal if there are changes.
